To help us to speed up registering your service case we kindly ask you to have the following ready when you contact us:

  • Your customer ID
  • Serial number of the product
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Your PO number or similar

Get more information on your service case:

If you don't have an account on Beijer Electronics web. 
Click on the "Log in/Register" link at the top of the page. 

When you are registered you can find information about your ongoing service cases under the menu "MyPortal/Service case CRO"

This menu will only be visible if you are logged in.

For ongoing service cases contact Service at provide the service ID with all correspondence.
