(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)

We, Beijer Electronics AB, hereby declare that all products manufactured by us comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC):
If any SVHCs are present in our products in concentrations above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w), we fulfill our obligations under Article 33 by informing our customers accordingly and registering the relevant information in the SCIP database. SCIP (Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products)) is a database maintained by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). It is designed to ensure that information on articles containing SVHCs is available throughout the whole lifecycle of products and materials, including at the waste stage.

Registration Obligations:
We are not required to register substances under Article 7.1 of REACH, as our articles do not intentionally release substances under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.
Communication in the Supply Chain:
We maintain active communication with our suppliers to ensure continued compliance with REACH requirements and monitor updates to the Candidate List and other relevant annexes.

Continuous Monitoring:
Our internal compliance team regularly reviews REACH updates and ensures that our product portfolio remains in conformity with applicable chemical safety regulations.

Compliance with Annex XIV (Authorisation List):
Beijer Electronics AB ensures that none of our products contain substances listed in Annex XIV unless proper authorisation has been granted by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

Annex XIV (Authorisation List) is a list of substances that require authorisation before they can be used within the EU. These substances are considered to have serious effects on human health or the environment, and companies must apply for permission to use them.

Compliance with Annex XVII (Restriction List):
Beijer Electronics AB ensures that our products comply with all applicable restrictions on the manufacture, placing on the market, and use of certain dangerous substances, mixtures, and articles as specified in Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation.
